Warning

Troubleshooting

1. Charger indicator (green) light, no output

A. Check if there is an AC input

B. Check if the input cable interface is defective

2. The indicator (red) does not light when charging

A. Is the charging power port connected?

B. Battery is not applicable for long periods of time, excessive discharge or damage
